The people that reach out for 1:1 coaching get even deeper, more lasting results. So from Day 1 through the 90-Day Challenge you'll receive 1:1 coaching support via Voxer, encrypted voice and text directly from Ixchel. She'll stay in the loop from your Daily Check-ins and address questions, concerns and celebrate your wins with you. And if you've got a blindspot, she'll guide you to seeing it and breaking through your old patterns.
Through those first 10 Foundational Daily videos they realize that their many (like, MANY) diet strategies to lose weight have been the exact reason their emotional eating has gotten worse year after year, pound after pound.
Over these first 14 days, you’ll get the tools you need to end emotional eating and finally understand why your old methods to stop using food to make you feel better haven’t been working.
Then in Weeks 3-13 you'll receive 2 videos a week on Monday's and Fridays to shift their mindsets through awareness, breathing, hydration and nutritional changes that teach you how your body burns fuel. And you'll experience different seasons and fueling to see how it feels so you can apply these seasons as you wish. The changes are gradual most people don't notice them unless they utilize the tracking tools we provide. Additionally, you'll receive a weekly Food Guideline sheet for shopping and preparing meals.
Several additional Bonus Videos and FAQ videos will be released throughout the program. And throughout the Challenge you'll have Ixchel on Voxer speed dial for access to support and encouraging coaching during the day. You're not alone in this.
